Pam & Gela Obtains a Favorable Settlement in Copyright and Trademark Infringement Matter

Secured a favorable settlement on behalf of Pam & Gela, Inc. and their customers Nordstrom, Inc., Unika, Anne Michelle LLC, Style So Chic and an additional luxury retailer in a case alleging copyright and trademark infringement. Plaintiff Love Made, LLC, in an effort to exert additional pressure on Pam & Gela, also brought suit against several of their customers. Our IP team quickly suggested joint representation of the customer group thus avoiding any customer fallout for Pam & Gela and rebalancing the negotiation leverage to allow for the favorable settlement.
