Paris Precision Favorably Settles Shareholder Lawsuit

Represented Paris Precision, Inc., a sheet metal manufacturer and a portfolio company of a private equity firm, in a shareholder lawsuit alleging fraud and breach of fiduciary duty arising from a reorganization of the company. The matter settled favorably following the granting of our demurrer.
