Pipeline Software Prosecutes Antitrust Case Against Primavera Systems

Prosecuted a Sherman Act matter on behalf of Pipeline Software alleging that Primavera attempted to drive plaintiff out of the middleware software market by demanding that plaintiff turn over all of its copies of Primavera software and code which were essential to plaintiff's middleware software product development and support. The matter was settled on terms favorable to our client.
