Pomeroy Group Announces Plan of Merger With Tolt Solutions

PE backed, Pomeroy Group and Tolt Solutions to combine forces and create Pomeroy Group of Companies. According to a joint announcement, Clearlake Capital to acquire Pomeroy and simultaneously back the combination of Pomeroy with Tolt Solutions. The Pomeroy Group's 4,000 employees and nearly $1 billion in annual revenue will provide leading IT infrastructure expertise and service to a broad spectrum of markets and customers.
