Represented the management of Vistage, an organization that provides peer advisory and executive coaching to small and medium-sized businesses, in the sale of Providence to Gridiron Capital. Gridion Capital is a private equity investment firm based in New Canaan, Connecticut. The firm seeks to invest in branded consumer, business-to-business, and business-to-consumer services across the United States and Canada.
