Represented Fidelity National Financial in $3.3 Billion Acquisition of LPS

Represented Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (FNF) in the combination of LPS and ServiceLink and the issuance of equity to T.H. Lee Partners as part of FNF's $3.3 billion acquisition of LPS.  FNF provides title insurance, escrow, and other title-related services, as well as technology and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries.*
