Restaurant 365 Completes Purchase from Everee, Inc.

Represented Restaurant 365 in completing the purchase from Everee Inc. of a copy of the Everee’s source code for it’s Payroll+ software.  The purchase price consisted of both cash and shares of common stock of Restaurant 365.
