Salas O’Brien Acquires IGRL Consultants

Stradling client Salas O’Brien entered into and closed a Stock Purchase Agreement pursuant to which Salas O’Brien acquired all of the outstanding shares of IGRL Consultants Inc., a Montreal, Canada based engineering firm. Salas O’Brien is an engineering services firm that provides facility planning, design, construction management, and commissioning with offices nationwide and headquartered in Orange County.
