Salas O'Brien Acquires KPW Structural Engineers
Represented Salas O’Brien in a closed a Stock Purchase Agreement pursuant to which Salas O’Brien acquired all of the outstanding shares of KPW Structural Engineers, Inc., an Oakland, California based engineering firm. Salas O’Brien is an engineering services firm that provides facility planning, design, construction management, and commissioning with offices nationwide and headquartered in Orange County.
