Salas O'Brien Acquires MEP Associates, LLC

Represented Salas O’Brien  in its Membership Interest Purchase Agreement pursuant to which it acquired all of the outstanding membership interests of MEP Associates LLC.  

Salas O’Brien is an engineering services firm that provides facility planning, design, construction management, and commissioning with offices nationwide and headquartered in Orange County.
