Salas O’Brien acquired Plus Group in a stock purchase transaction that closed on February 1, 2023. The addition of Plus Group to Salas O’Brien creates a stronger combined team of market leaders in manufacturing, industrial, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, and agribusiness. As part of this transaction, Salas O’Brien acquired the Plus Group for cash, equity, and earn-out consideration.
