Salas O'Brien Acquires RMS Engineers LLC

Stradling client Salas O’Brien entered into and closed a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement pursuant to which Salas O’Brien acquired all of the outstanding membership interests of RMS Design Group LLC, d/b/a RMS Engineers LLC. 

Salas O’Brien is an engineering services firm that provides facility planning, design, construction management, and commissioning with offices nationwide and headquartered in Orange County.
