Salas O’Brien Acquires SIA Solutions
Stradling client Salas O’Brien entered into and closed an Agreement and Plan of Merger pursuant to which an affiliate of Salas O’Brien acquired SIA Solutions, LLC, a Houston, Texas based engineering firm.
Salas O’Brien is an engineering services firm that provides facility planning, design, construction management, and commissioning with offices nationwide and headquartered in Orange County.
Our federal practice has grown tremendously in the past year, and as we welcome SIA onto the Salas O’Brien team, I believe our collaboration will enable us to do more together than we ever thought possible.
