Snow Peak-backed Sandy Alexander Acquires Abbott Communications Group

Represented client Sandy Alexander, Inc., a portfolio company of Snow Peak Capital, in its acquisition of Abbott Communications Group from its founding family.  Abbott Communications Group is a printing company based in the Orlando, Florida area.  The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
