Represented Santen Pharmaceuticals, Co., Ltd. of Osaka, Japan in connection with a strategic investment in Regenerative Patch Technologies, LLC, an early stage company located in the Bay Area, which is developing stem cell therapies for treatment of retinal diseases. Financial terms were undisclosed.
