Sirvo Studios Completes Hybrid Strategic Equity Investment and Publishing Agreement With FunPlus Ventures

Represented Sirvo Studios, Inc. in a hybrid strategic equity investment and publishing agreement with FunPlus Ventures. The transaction included an investment by FunPlus Ventures in Sirvo, as well as a publishing agreement with FunPlus’ publishing affiliate, pursuant to which FunPlus will publish Sirvo’s first mobile game “Guildlings.”

Sirvo is an independent development studio focusing on the production of mobile electronic games. The studio is headed by Asher Vollmer, creator of the mobile game “Threes!,” which was named the best iPhone game of 2014.
