Skyview Capital Portfolio Company Acquired by Samsung Electronics Canada Inc.

Stradling advised Skyview Capital, a private investment firm headquartered in Los Angeles, in a deal announced November 15th. One of Skyview Capital’s portfolio companies, NewNet Communication Technologies BV, sold its Rich Communication Services infrastructure and services business, NewPace Technology Development Inc., to Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.

NewNet Communication Technologies offers mobile messaging, transaction processing, interactive voice response, real-time charging and rating and broadband wireless along with network optimization solutions.
