Snow Peak Capital Acquires Sandy Alexander, Inc.

Represented Snow Peak Capital, LLC, a Boulder-based private equity firm, in the acquisition of Sandy Alexander, Inc., a leading multi-channel marketing communications company, in partnership with Sandy Alexander’s management team and other previous owners.
