Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Enters Into $150 Million At Market Issuance Sales Agreement

Represented Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPPI) in connection with an At Market Issuance Sales Agreement with FBR Capital Markets & Co., MLV & Co. LLC, and H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC, in connection with the offering, issuance and sale of up to $150 million of Spectrum’s Common Stock under the previously-filed shelf registration statement on Form S-3, for the offering of up to $250 million of common stock, preferred stock, debt securities, warrants for debt or equity securities and units. 

Spectrum Pharmaceuticals is a biotechnology company with fully integrated commercial and drug development operations, with a primary focus on oncology and hematology. Spectrum intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the securities for general corporate purposes, including, sales and marketing activities, clinical development, making acquisitions of assets, businesses, companies or securities, capital expenditures and for working capital.
