Stifel Nicolaus & Company Underwrites $11.5 Million in Water Revenue Bonds for City of Martinez, California

Served as underwriter’s counsel on two bond financings secured by revenues of the water system of the City of Martinez, California (Contra Costa County).  The Series A Bonds will finance new capital projects of the water system, while the Series B Bonds will refund outstanding water system debt for debt service savings
