Stifel Nicolaus & Company Underwrites $13.3 Million to Fund Senior Center in Clovis, California

Served as underwriter’s counsel on a $13.3 million general fund lease financing for the City of Clovis, California (Fresno County).  The bonds will finance a new senior/community center.
