Stifel Nicolaus & Company Underwrites $9 Million Bond Financing for the Suisun/Solano Valley Water Authority

Served as underwriter’s counsel on a $9 million bond financing secured by water revenues of the Suisun/Solano Water Authority (Solano County), which supplies water to Suisun City and the Solano Irrigation District.  The bonds will refund outstanding bonds of the Authority for debt service savings.
