CKE Restaurants Completes Acquisition by Apollo Global Management

Represented CKE Restaurants in its acquisition by Apollo Global Management through a $704.12 million public to private LBO.  on July 12, 2010. The deal was financed $100 million of revolving credit line arranged by Morgan Stanley, Citigroup and RBC Capital and $600 million of bridge financing from other lenders.
