Roth Capital Partners Acts as Underwriter in $49.7 Million IPO of GEN Restaurant Group, Inc.

Represented the underwriters in the IPO of GEN Restaurant Group (NAS: GENK), owner of GEN Korean BBQ, a fast-growing experiential Asian dining concept with over 30 locations in seven states.

The offering was priced at $12.00 per share, for gross proceeds of approximately $50.0 million. The proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, including new restaurant openings. Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP represented the Company in the offering. Roth Capital Partners, LLC served as the sole book-running manager for the offering, and Craig-Hallum Capital Group and The Benchmark Company acted as co-managers.
