Stradling Serves as Underwriter's Counsel to Finance Silverlakes Soccer Complex in Norco

Served as underwriter’s counsel and prepared the offering memorandum to finance the construction of the Silverlakes Soccer Complex in Norco, California.  Though this complicated transaction involved conduit bonds backed by a loan agreement, a lease agreement and a series of financial guarantees, our team closed the deal on time so that construction of the soccer complex could begin as scheduled.
