Represented Synoptek, an information technology consulting and services provider, in its acquisition of Juxto's direct real-time-communications (RTC) business, via its financial sponsors Five Points Capital and Sverica Capital Management, through an LBO on July 7, 2021. Financial terms were not disclosed.
