Synoptek Completes Sale of Its Majority Stake to Sverica Capital Management

Represented Synoptek Holdings, LLC in the sale of a majority stake in its operating company to Sverica Capital Management, a San Francisco-based private equity firm. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
