(NSDQ:TNDM) in connection with a follow-on underwritten public offering of 34,500,000 shares of its common stock, including 4,500,000 shares sold pursuant to the exercise of the underwriters’ overallotment option, at a public offering price of $2.00 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $69.0 million. The Sole Book-Running Manager was Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. and the Co-Manager was National Securities Corporation.
