Represented Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc. (NSDQ:TNDM) in an Equity Distribution Agreement with Piper Jaffray & Co., pursuant to which it may offer and sell up to an aggregate of $15,000,000 of shares of its common stock through Piper.  

Tandem, based in San Diego, California, is a medical device company with an innovative, user-centric and integrated approach to the design, development and commercialization of products for people with diabetes who use insulin.
