Represented The Coast Distribution System in its $28 million acquisition by LKQ Corporation, a leading provider of alternative and specialty parts to repair and accessorize automobiles and other vehicles. Coast will continue to operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary, but will merge into LKQ’s existing distribution system, made up of Keystone Automotive and NTP-Stag.
