Three Weavers Completes Acquisition by CANarchy

Represented Three Weavers Brewing Company, one of the largest independent craft breweries in Los Angeles County, announced its sale to Fireman Capital-backed Oskar Blues Holding Co, LLC (d/b/a CANarchy), a disruptive craft brewery collective based in Denver, Colorado. The transaction with CANarchy, which rolled over equity from Three Weavers’ Members into CANarchy, provides Three Weavers access to valuable resources, additional brewing capacity, built-in distribution networks, operational synergies and personnel from breweries in the Canarchy portfolio. Financial terms of this transaction were not disclosed.
