Twining, Inc. Completes Acquisition of Sys-Tek

Represented Twining, Inc. in connection with its acquisition of Sys-Tek, Inc., a professional commissioning services provider and mechanical engineering firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.  Twining is an engineering, testing and inspections services firm headquartered in Long Beach, California, and founded in 1898.
