Represented Ushur, Inc. in connection with an offering of Series A Preferred Stock for proceeds of approximately $12 million. The lead investor for this transaction was 8VC with additional investments from other investors. The company intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes. 

Ushur, Inc. is a provider of automated customer engagement software solutions with a focus on insurance, higher education and human resources applications.
