Vessix Vascular Completes Its Sale to Boston Scientific Corporation

Stradling represented Vessix Vascular in its $425 million acquisition by Boston Scientific Corporation. Upon completion of the acquisition, Vessix Vascular became part of the peripheral interventions business at Boston Scientific.
