Westside Rentals Completes Sale to CoStar Group

Represented Westside Rentals in its sale to Apartments.com, a division of CoStar Group, Inc (NASDAQ: CSGP). The addition of Westside Rentals to the Apartments.com network gives Southern California renters access to the largest choice of rental properties and property owners the most exposure for their rental availabilities. The financial terms of this transaction were not disclosed.

Westside Rentals is a leading Southern California rental site that has been operating for 20 years. In 2016, it had over 85,000 members seeking rentals and more than 350,000 Southern California landlords using the Westside Rentals platform to find qualified renters. CoStar Group, Inc. was founded in 1987 and is currently the leading provider in commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces. Read the press release.
