YES Doctor Defends Against Trademark Litigation

Representing Yes Doctor Corporation in a trademark matter. Our client’s trademark, covering financing for cosmetic medical procedures, cleared trademark prosecution and published for opposition.  Advanced Remote Monitoring, who owns the trademark YES DOCTOR for its electrocardiogram medical devices, filed a trademark opposition before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board.
