Advanced Business & Transactional Attorney Joins Stradling in Newport Beach

Newport Beach, CA - October 2023– Stradling Yocca is pleased to welcome Jenny Tran as a shareholder in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice. She handles Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate and tax planning for owners of privately held businesses on entity design, risk management and allocation, corporate compliance and governance, operations and succession planning. She was previously a partner at Brown & Streza LLP in Irvine.

 With her legal and tax background, Jenny acts as outside general counsel to privately held businesses in a variety of industries including aerospace, online digital media and communities, retail markets, healthcare, fashion and food and beverage.

 “I am passionate about helping family-owned businesses and other private companies preserve legacy, maintain growth, and create harmony between owners and operators,” says Jenny who sits on the Board of UC Irvine Alumni Association,  and has taught business planning at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. “My family’s business background coupled with my legal experience enables me to become a trusted advisor to business owners and their families.”

​​She earned her Master of Law in Taxation from Chapman University School of Law, a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Irvine.
