CenterForce's IP Strategy Summit 2023

CenterForce’s Intellectual Property Strategy Summit is an annual event that has been taking place for over 10 years in New York. The conference brings together experts from various fields to discuss the latest developments and trends in intellectual property law and policy.

On November 1, Bill Parrish will moderate a panel titled, "From East to West: Patent Litigation in the Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.”  The panel will address: 

• Are the Western and Eastern Districts of Texas still the biggest patent litigation venues in the country?
• How and why did these jurisdictions in Texas become such popular venues for patent litigation?
