Clearlake Capital Closes Vision Solutions Buy

Clearlake Capital Group LP said June 20 that it closed its buy of Vision Solutions Inc from Thoma Bravo. The deal was announced in May. Irvine, California-based Vision Solutions provides software solutions designed to protect data, minimize downtime and maximize resources for data centers.  Press release
