CoSo Cloud Acquires eSyncTraining With Help From Stradling

On March 5th, The Daily Journal featured Stradling’s representation of eSync Training with its recent sale in its “Dealmakers” column.

Oakland-based CoSo Cloud LLC, a secure private cloud-managed services provider for virtual trainings and meetings, acquired eSyncTraining, an Irvine-based developer of electronic tools that aim to enhance the educational experience. The acquisition was announced March 4 without financial terms.

Stradling represented eSync. Stradling shareholder Claudia Simon was the lead on the deal with shareholders Ryan Gaglio and associate Shoshana Zimmerman.
