Skyview Capital Taps Stradling’s Counsel in Selling Business Unit

Stradling advised Skyview Capital, a private investment firm headquartered in Los Angeles, in a deal announced November 15th.

One of Skyview Capital’s portfolio companies, NewNet Communication Technologies BV, sold its Rich Communication Services (RCS) infrastructure and services business, NewPace Technology Development Inc., to Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.

The deal is a part of Samsung’s commitment to Rich Communication Services (RCS), according to a news release.
