Stradling Adds Corporate Shareholder Alidad Adam Damooei in Westlake Village

Westlake Village, CA - Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth is pleased to welcome Alidad Adam Damooei as a shareholder in the firm’s Westlake Village office and a member of the Corporate group. Mr. Damooei comes to the firm from the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins where he was a senior corporate associate. Mr. Damooei represents the latest addition to Stradling’s Westlake office in the past 18 months including Jaye Hebyl and Jill Heybl who joined in 2022 and Brent Reinke who joined the firm in 2021.

Alidad represents public and private companies, as well as private equity firms, in domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, PIPEs, minority investments, and joint ventures. His industry experience includes retail & consumer products, healthcare & life sciences,  technology and REITs & real estate. He also provides general corporate representation to public and private company clients in connection with corporate governance matters and SEC filings.

He earned his JD from Yale Law School, and a BA in economics from Columbia University, summa cum laude.
