Stradling Adds Real Estate Shareholder Robert Briseño in Newport Beach

Newport Beach, CA - Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth is pleased to welcome Robert C. Briseño as a shareholder in the firm’s Newport Beach office and a member of the Real Estate group. Mr. Briseño brings extensive experience representing developers, landlords and tenants in all aspects of real estate transactions.  He joins the firm from Theodora Oringher.

Robert works on a wide range of real estate transactional matters including acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of commercial, residential and resort properties. He represents developers in the acquisition, disposition and development of various types of projects - including office buildings, hotels, industrial properties, retail centers, apartments, and undeveloped land - from negotiations through drafting of contracts, due diligence and closing.

He earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a B.S. from Chapman University.
