Stradling is proud to announce the following attorneys have been elevated to shareholder as of January 1, 2014.

Travis P. Brennan is a business and securities litigation attorney based out of the firm's Newport Beach office. His practice emphasizes breach of contract, business torts and defense of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) enforcement actions.

Carlos Villafuerte is a public finance and public law attorney who practices in the firm's San Francisco office. His experience includes serving as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriter's counsel on all types of short and long-term financings for K-14 schools and community college districts.
