Stradling Announces New Shareholders

Stradling is pleased to announce that Jason Lee and Reed Glyer have been elevated to shareholders as of February 2018.

Jason Lee is a corporate attorney that focuses his practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and general corporate matters for both public and private clients, focusing on middle-market and emerging growth companies.

Reed Glyer is a public law and public finance attorney who represents clients as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriter's counsel. He has focused primarily on financings involving cities, counties, school districts, communities facilities districts, redevelopment successor agencies, special districts, water districts and joint power agencies.
