Stradling Announces New Shareholders

Stradling is proud to announce the following attorneys have accepted the position of shareholder with the firm.

Jeffrey Estes is located in the Newport Beach office where his practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies, including public and private securities offerings, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, corporate governance matters and intellectual property transactions.

Stephen Ram is located in the Newport Beach office and his practice concentrates on business and commercial litigation in federal and state courts with an emphasis on securities litigation, including securities fraud, derivative suits, and M&A disputes. 

Ryan Wilkins is located in the Newport Beach office and represents many of the firm’s public clients and focuses on financing transactions, corporate governance matters, SEC compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.
