Maren B. Hufton is a compliance and corporate governance and securities litigation attorney. She specializes in government and regulatory enforcement defense, internal investigations and compliance counseling.

Vanessa S. Legbandt is a public law attorney who provides transactional, advisory, and litigation services to public and private sector clients, including cities, housing authorities, successor agencies, joint exercise of powers authorities, water agencies and real estate developers. She specializes in economic development, affordable housing, infrastructure development, real estate, land use, CEQA compliance and public finance.

Craig A. Taggart is a business and securities litigation attorney who has handled a wide range of matters for clients, including accounting firms, investment banks, broker-dealers and manufacturers. His securities litigation experience includes representing clients against claims brought under the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, various state blue sky laws and RICO. He's handled matters involving accounting fraud, structured investment vehicles, auction rate securities, mortgage backed securities, stock loans, insider trading, stock option backdating, and Chinese reverse-mergers.

Cyrus Torabi is a public law and public finance attorney. He represents municipal bond issuers and underwriters in a variety of public finance transactions, with a particular focus on water districts, irrigation districts and municipal water and wastewater utilities.
