Stradling Coaches Cosmetic Design Group in Sale to World Wide Packaging

On March 5th, The Daily Journal featured Stradling’s representation of Cosmetic Design Group, a specialty cosmetics and nail product maker, in its sale to World Wide Packaging, a portfolio company of Bain Capital Private Equity. The deal was announced on February 26th.

The Stradling deal team representing Cosmetic Design included Newport Beach-based shareholder Christopher Ivey and shareholder Ryan Gaglio advising on tax matters.
