Stradling IP Team Secures Litigator of the Week Shout-Out from Law.com

Following a $15 million jury trial victory for Personal Audio, our IP team was recognized in Law.com with a Litigator of the Week Shout-out:

"Shout out to a team at Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth that this week brought home a $15.1 million patent infringement verdict for Personal Audio LLC in a case against Google. Federal jurors in Delaware found that features of Google's music app, Google Play Music, infringed two Personal Audio patents that were valid, and that Google willfully infringed them.  The Stradling team was led by shareholders Doug Hahn, Steve Hanle, Jason de Bretteville, Salil Bali, and Lisa Northrup, of counsel Henning Schmidt, and associates Ahmad Takouche and Victoria McLaughlin."
