Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth represented Nolan Capital, the family office of Peter Nolan, former managing partner and current senior advisor to Leonard Green & Partners, in an equity investment in Diamond Wipes International, Inc., a leader in the disposable wet wipe industry.
